BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Client Services Representative to support high net worth clients across the Private Wealth platform. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, working with officers, and coordinating onboarding, transfers, and cash flow.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Business or related field and 5–7 years of experience in investment or banking, with strong CRM/Salesforce and Tamarac Advisor Xi skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and 5–7 years of directly related experience or 11–13 years of equivalent education/experience.
• Experience supporting assigned clientele with an affinity for providing personalized service.
• Strong understanding of client services procedures and ability to assist team members.
• Exceptional time management, multi-tasking, and follow up skills.
• Investment advisory, brokerage or banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client needs, including new accounts, asset transfers, and cash flow activities.
• Use portfolio systems, CRM tools, and web-based applications to support client service.
• Work with custodians and partner firms to resolve client issues and requests.
• Create presentations and support Private Wealth Advisors during client meetings.
• Assist with training and mentoring team members while sharing knowledge and experience.
• Provide advanced advisor support, recommend process improvements, and contribute to special projects.
