Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with prospective and existing clients.
• Schedules meetings and provides quotes.
• Onboards new clients and opens accounts; researches client and security information.
• Assists Financial Advisors with marketing events and client-facing seminars.
• Creates reports to improve practice efficiencies and performance metrics.
• Mentors junior team members and manages team workflow.
• Ensures compliance with firm and industry policies and procedures.
