We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Senior Client Services Specialist, Family Office to join our Family Office division. In this role, you will support ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client relationships by delivering accurate, timely, and high-touch operational service in partnership with advisors and senior team members. The Senior Client Services Specialist, Family Office plays a critical role in supporting complex client structures, alternative investments, custodial service requests, client onboarding, reporting workflows, billing and ongoing account maintenance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, professionalism in client communications, and the ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the exempt full-time position is $75,000-$105,000 + DOE. You may also be eligible to participate in a variable compensation program.
This is a full-time position. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This is a full-time position that may be based in one of our local offices, hybrid or fully remote in the following states: California, Oregon, and Washington. We will also accept applications from Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas.
