AlphaCore Wealth Advisory LLC is seeking a Senior Client Services Associate to support the Del Mar office, delivering high-quality client service, onboarding, account maintenance, and reporting. The role collaborates with advisors, Client Services & Operations, Compliance, custodians, and technology platforms, mentoring Associates and improving processes to scale the business.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and client‑focused with 5+ years in wealth management, offering growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field required.
• 5+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience required.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with advisors to ensure client service standards are met and manage workload.
• Assist in client onboarding and paperwork processing on multiple platforms.
• Monitor client account activity, facilitate funds transfers, and reconcile quarterly performance reporting.
• Manage multiple Outlook calendars and coordinate meetings for advisors.
