Job summary

StepStone, a global private markets specialist, is seeking a Senior Associate for SPAR Client Service to provide portfolio analytics and reporting for private markets clients. You will collaborate with leadership and other departments to support global investment activity and help ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

You will manage client relationships, supervise junior staff, mentor, and help develop the team while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or business preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of financial accounting and reporting systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects and/or teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as account manager, overseeing client monitoring and reporting cycles.
• Lead and delegate resources for client projects with private equity focus.
• Review and sign off on core client deliverables on time.
• Develop and mentor junior staff; support team performance and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and deadlines.
