• High school diploma or equivalent with several years of service in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for high volume client interactions by phone, email, or in person.
• Support Financial Advisors with client onboarding, meetings, and scheduling.
• Process trades and maintain client activity records and reports.
• Assist with marketing efforts and client events and cross-training opportunities.
