Overview

Dynamic 10B+ independent wealth management RIA seeks a Senior Client Service Associate – Onboarding & Transition Support to assist newly acquired advisory teams during onboarding while also providing client service coverage across existing offices. The role offers variety, hybrid work in-office, and occasional national travel for transition projects.

The firm delivers comprehensive family office services and deeply personalized wealth management, investment advisory, planning, and related services for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.

Highlights
  • Lead client onboarding and account transitions during new team integrations, with occasional national travel (generally once per quarter, 2–3 weeks at a time)
  • Provide client service support across advisory teams, including account opening, custodial requests, money movement, and client inquiries
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients through attentive service and problem-solving
  • Hybrid schedule : 3 days in office, 2 days remote when not traveling
  • Competitive compensation package ($110,000 – $130,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $15,000 – $25,000, and excellent benefits).
Requirements
