We are seeking a Senior Client Service Engineer who will be responsible for providing engineering support to entities of the power utility industry that subscribe a Doble Service Agreement. The role includes providing technical and application support on Doble products, analysis of test results, training and consultation on power apparatus. Senior Client Service Engineers will be involved in supporting R&D related to application and product development, and will provide assistance to the field service and test department. Engineers will be expected to participate in various technical conferences sponsored by Doble and other organizations. This role may be based in our Marlborough, MA office or a remote office and would be reporting to the Senior Director of Client Service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering is preferred. Related technical disciplines will be considered. Individuals with alternative technical training, 10 years of utility experience specifically focused on power apparatus, and familiarity with Doble products will be considered in lieu of a degree.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Must be capable of lifting 30 pounds. Must use assistance when lifting 50 or more pounds.
Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job related skills, as well as relevant education or training experience.
Salary Pay Range Minimum $116,426.92 - Midpoint $145,533.64
