Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior leader for Retail Credit Operations' Horizontal Reporting and Analytics to drive data-driven decision making and deliver automated BI solutions that enhance performance across the organization.

You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee end-to-end data pipelines, and partner with executives to translate complex data into strategic insights, guiding initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of analytics across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level insights.
• Understanding of workflow, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience developing and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing undedicated resources or influencing without authority.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to tell a clear story with data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business stakeholders, developing the vision and strategy for delivering and maintaining automated BI solutions to support data-driven decisions.
• Manages the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, collaborating across partner teams to deliver on desired outcomes.
• Leads the design, development, and maintenance of automated data extract, transform, and load processes from various database platforms, storing data in 'Fit for Use' relational tables.
• Oversees prioritization of resources to ensure on-time delivery while following procedures and quality guidelines.
• Provides technical solutions and learns new technology to fulfill project needs, staying current on industry solutions.
• Partners with stakeholders and executive management to ensure seamless integration and adoption of BI solutions.
