Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, required.
• 9+ years of CDMO and customer-facing experience in a Quality role in a regulated environment.
• Experience with regulatory inspections or audits (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Quality certifications a plus (e.g. ISO 9001, ASQ).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management to drive excellence in quality-related functions.
• Create quality team goals aligned with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality leadership to maintain safety, quality and performance.
• Support customer audits and develop corrective actions for deviations.
• Apply proactive QA and risk assessment using FMEA, HACCP, and Quality by Design.
