Job summary

A global data center solutions provider is seeking an experienced Program Manager to define customer technical solutions and manage the project lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with sales, R&D, and customers to provide high-quality deliverables, overseeing the RFP process, and ensuring effective communication within cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in technical solutions and program management, along with a Bachelor's in engineering or computer science. Mandarin fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer technical solution definition and/or program management.
• Strong knowledge of x86 Architecture and platform.
• Solid knowledge of Hardware Systems Product Development and Qualification process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team to sell engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead the RFP/RFQ response process.
• Develop plan/schedule to achieve customers required deliverables.
