Job summary

The Assurance Group in Fargo, ND is seeking motivated individuals for an Outside Sales role. You will visit senior clients in person, promote life and health products, and manage your own schedule. Fresh leads are provided, with extensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Although prior sales experience helps, we welcome those from other industries and provide thorough training. A reliable vehicle is required for client visits.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with commission-based pay and renewals.
• Must have reliable transportation for in-person client visits.
• Must be good with people, especially senior adults.
• Clean background with no felonies.
• 2–3 years sales experience desired but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in person, mostly seniors, in their homes.
• Promote life, health, and annuities products to customers.
• Work with fresh leads provided at no cost to the agent.
• Set and manage your own hours with training and ongoing support.
