Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, or client experience within CIB/financial services.
• Experience with regulatory and risk/compliance requirements for onboarding.
• Degree-level educated; strong English and preferred Spanish language abilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery & Pipeline Ownership: manage onboarding from start to finish across pipelines.
• Document Integrity & Screening: ensure documents are accurate and compliant; perform sanctions checks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with compliance, tax, legal, and business lines.
• Operational Excellence: drive process improvements and alignment with automation initiatives.
