The professional selected for this critical role will be curious about client needs, self-motivated to build internal relationships to form the right teams and solutions, and excited to see our clients succeed. They will develop and direct clients and capture and develop plans to grow the number and impact of our deployed solutions. The successful actions of this professional will drive growth that is critical to the mission of the firm, which is to provide a gratifying, safe place to work with expanding opportunities for our employees.
Location: Must be local to Southern California
Travel: Up to 20%

What you need to succeed:
Compensation: $160,000 - $225,000 a year
This position’s anticipated pay range is provided above; the final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will depend on experience level and consider a percentage-based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials recognize and reflect the cost of labor differences between geographic markets.
