Marsh's Voluntary Benefits team in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Client Manager to help lead and grow a portfolio of large client accounts. This hybrid role requires independent leadership, strong client communication, and the ability to develop strategic recommendations.
You will collaborate across Marsh Health & Benefits and Voluntary Benefits teams, manage complex clients, and engage in industry events to expand networks.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Voluntary Benefits team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Marsh's Voluntary Benefits team is looking for a consultant with strong leadership skills who works independently and has excellent client communication and management. In this role you will have the opportunity to play a key role in developing the overall strategy for a subset of clients. If you have a strong history of being highly collaborative within a large organization, as well as a track record of delivering results for your clients, this may be the role for you.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $119,000 to $237,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑case approach. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
