Tetra Tech is seeking a senior client manager and business development leader focused on growing and managing key public-sector clients in the NYC Metro region. The position combines strategic client management, pursuit leadership, and oversight of project delivery to support long-term growth across major capital improvement programs. The role includes near-term involvement in select technical and design management assignments to support existing projects and maintain billable engagement while NYC-focused opportunities are developed. The position also provides senior leadership and mentorship to the NYC office, supporting staff development, retention, and operational excellence.

The salary range for this position is $175k - $225k, dependent on the individual's education, qualifications, and location.
