Fuzzco is seeking a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing relationships while providing strategic guidance and overseeing the creative process. The role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong industry knowledge, and relevant experience as a project lead in an agency or in‑house brand setting. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of client business objectives, leading project teams across design, development, and marketing initiatives, ensuring work meets quality standards and budget requirements, supporting business development, managing staffing plans with creative leads, and contributing to Fuzzco’s continuous improvement.

Experience and abilities

• Experience in a project leadership position, planning and owning work, communicating clear direction and goals with internal teams, actively managing and growing client relationships
• Experience working in the branding and design industry, including work on brand strategy, branding, web design and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to understand business problems and understand our role in helping solve them
• Ability to communicate positively and effectively with all kinds of people
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent fast‑paced projects and prioritize accordingly all the while maintaining a keen eye on the details and project momentum
• Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies and develop new methods of problem‑solving
• A desire to grow and enrich teams and add value to projects beyond the written scope of work
• Strong sense of professionalism, professional responsibility and accountability
• Excels at spreadsheets and has a working knowledge of a range of programs including Figma
• Well‑informed, open‑minded, a curious and critical thinker
• Experience either in an agency or in‑house brand setting
• Hiring salary ranges from $80‑120K and will be determined based on experience and skills
