Responsibilities

• Primary contact for high-net-worth clients, upholding the firm’s high standards.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including account opening, custodian paperwork, and scheduled check-ins.
• Execute client service tasks such as money movement/wire transfers, private fund subscriptions, and capital call funding, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for client review meetings, including performance reports, financial planning summaries, and agenda documents.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal systems and help train future team members.
• Maintain and organize client records in CRM.
