Job summary

Cambridge is seeking a Client Experience Senior Consultant to unite teams, lead improvement initiatives, and enhance client experiences. You will translate client feedback and data into actionable strategies, facilitate complex work across functions, and influence leadership on priorities.

You will coach associates and embedded leaders while driving process improvements and automation deployment to achieve key business outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Four or more years of related experience or equivalent.
Experience leading cross-functional projects without direct supervision.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead department-wide projects using continuous improvement processes.
Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Engage directly with clients to understand experiences and needs.
Coach teams and drive automation initiatives and performance monitoring.
Travel up to 10% as required.
