Job Summary

The Senior Client Services Manager will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), responsible for driving operational accountability, standardization, and sustainability, with a focus on delivering exceptional food service experiences. The Regional Manager will coordinate strategies with regional and account management teams to ensure operations are best in class. This role involves evaluating strategies to maximize client and customer satisfaction, leading to increased account retention. The manager will also foster employee relations, achieve financial goals, implement innovative technology, oversee projects, and plan for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Senior Vice President of the portfolio
  • Collaborate with clients and SVP to drive cost savings, retention, and business growth
  • Develop transformation plans to enhance service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for standardization, SOPs, and technology integration
  • Analyze data to measure performance
  • Visit units regularly to inspect operations and ensure contract compliance
  • Promote a culture of accountability at regional and unit levels
  • Monitor performance and implement corrective actions
  • Customize programs to meet each account's needs
  • Lead safety management and training for staff
  • Conduct operational audits and implement improvements for financial and operational performance, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
  • Oversee food service operations, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
  • Develop accurate forecasts for units
  • Utilize customer food preference surveys
  • Participate in food service and client meetings
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience managing food service operations, preferably in contract foodservice
  • Ability to prepare and present complex business reviews
  • Experience in Food Service or Hospitality industries
  • Knowledge of food safety, menu planning, food cost management, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Background in Hospitality and Contract Foodservice
  • Innovative, business-minded, and culinary creative
  • Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
