Job Summary

The Senior Client Services Manager will serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and be responsible for successfully driving operational accountability, standardization, and sustainability with a focus on delivering exceptional food service experiences across the portfolio. The Regional Manager coordinates strategies with regional and account management teams to ensure operations are best in class. This role involves evaluating strategies to ensure high client and customer satisfaction, increasing account retention, fostering employee relations, achieving financial objectives, implementing innovative technology, overseeing projects, and planning for future growth.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the portfolio Senior Vice President
  • Collaborate with clients and SVP to drive cost savings, account retention, and business development
  • Develop transformation plans for operations to achieve top-tier service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for standardization, SOPs, and technological innovation
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess business performance
  • Visit units regularly to inspect operations and ensure contract compliance
  • Promote a culture of accountability at regional and unit levels
  • Monitor operational performance and initiate corrective actions
  • Customize programs to meet each account's specific needs
  • Lead safety management and ensure safety and training of associates
  • Conduct operational audits and implement improvements for financial and operational efficiency
  • Oversee food service operations, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards
  • Develop accurate forecasts for units
  • Utilize customer food preference surveys effectively
  • Participate in food service committee and quarterly client meetings
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience managing food service operations, preferably in contract foodservice
  • Ability to prepare and present complex business reviews
  • Experience in Food Service or Hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, menu planning, food cost management, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Background in Hospitality and Contract Foodservice
  • Innovative thinking with business and culinary creativity
  • Self-motivated, organized, customer-focused, with good listening and presentation skills
