• Experience leading high-performing teams across banking and investment services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing and processing to ensure high-quality client service while adhering to policy.
• Coordinate with Banking teams to exceed client service requirements and resolve issues.
• Coach staff, identify training needs, and develop developmental plans.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in collaboration with operations and technology partners.
• Coordinate resources for onboarding new Advisors and Relationship Managers.
