Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager in San Francisco to lead a wealth management team focused on banking and investment servicing. You will oversee the sales process, ensure service quality, and coordinate resources across departments to onboard clients efficiently.

You will guide training, develop process improvements, and manage budgets while coordinating with domestic and international Advisors. This role requires strong leadership and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management or related area.
• Experience leading high performing teams and managing budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of client onboarding requirements including KYC/AML.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• US FINRA: SIE, Series 7, Series 63 or 66, and Series 24 (9/10 accepted).

Responsibilities

• Actively manage day-to-day servicing and processing activities to ensure high service levels and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Banking teams to exceed client service requirements.
• Coach staff, identify training needs, and develop plans.
• Review processes for efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with partners to resolve issues.
• Ensure risk controls and policy adherence; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding support for new Advisors and Relationship Managers.
