Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for SMB and mid-market clients within the SMC West territory
  • Experience with selling Microsoft Business Applications to the C-Suite
  • Identify, engage, and close new business aligned with Microsoft cloud and services
  • Develop strong, trusted partnerships with customers and Microsoft stakeholders
  • Design and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope, propose, and land transformative projects
  • Own proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal structuring
  • Actively participate in Microsoft co-sell motions and field alignment
  • Stay informed on market trends and Microsoft technology innovations
  • Mentor junior sellers and contribute to team growth

Education

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field required
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

Experience

  • 5–8 years of Microsoft business application cloud solution sales
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and landing complex deals
  • Experience managing SMB/mid-market sales cycles, preferably within Microsoft SMC
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft co-sell programs, Azure, AI, and/or Business Applications is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and a passion for client success
