Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with hours for CPA prep
• Knowledge of payroll preparation and payroll tax reporting
• Knowledge of general ledger review and financial statement preparation
• General understanding of accounting procedures
• Experience with QuickBooks, Pak Energy, or Sage Intacct is a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship
• CPA candidate preferred

Responsibilities

• Review payroll, accounts payable, payroll tax reports, sales tax reports, general ledgers, and related accounting tasks
• Organize work papers, maintain an open items list, and conduct self-review before submission
• Analyze and interpret detailed information and research according to client circumstances
