Job summary

Whittier Trust seeks an SVP Client Advisor and Office Manager to lead the Western region's high touch service delivery and growth. This role combines relationship leadership with office management, fiduciary knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive new business and client engagement.

You will manage client advisory staff, coordinate marketing efforts, and maintain strong networks with legal, accounting, and insurance professionals. Travel to active clients is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten to fifteen years in a similar role with a successful track record in new business development.
• Established network of legal, accounting and insurance professionals in the area.
• Background in wealth management, client administration, and portfolio management or foundation services.
• Willingness to travel and manage relationships across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Whittier Trust's high touch service delivery in Western region and beyond.
• Develop new business through existing clients, COIs and marketing efforts.
• Lead office management and client advisory teams; oversee staff performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategic partners; travel to call on clients.
