Job summary

Whittier Trust Company seeks a Senior Client Advisor and Office Manager to expand its high-touch service model in the Western region and beyond. The role combines client relationship leadership with office operations and the development of new business.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in wealth management, a network of professionals, and a strong track record in fostering client engagement. Travel to meet clients is expected, with a competitive compensation package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CTFA/CFP/CFA/CPA certifications preferred.
• Minimum ten to fifteen years in a similar role with proven new business development.
• Strong network of legal, accounting, and insurance professionals in the area.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Whittier Trust’s high-touch service model regionally and nationally.
• Lead and manage the Client Advisory Team and office operations.
• Develop new business through existing clients, COIs, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee office culture, events, facilities, and vendor relationships.
• Travel to call on active and prospective clients and maintain client relationships.
