Job summary

Hodess Cleanroom Construction, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead cleanroom construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules and quality while coordinating with the Superintendent and design teams to deliver compliant, safe facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a verified track record in construction project management. Travel to sites will be required as projects proceed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant construction project experience.
• Experience with cost management and estimating.
• Proficiency with Sage/Timberline and Procore.
• MS Project or Primavera P6 required; Revit experience preferred.
• Travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from inception to completion within schedule and budget.
• Partner with Superintendent and internal teams on delivery.
• Review designs, drawings and specs for feasibility and compliance.
• Organize and direct construction team and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontracts, purchase orders and insurance/bonding.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
