Job summary
Amgen in North Carolina seeks a Senior Engineer for Cleaning & Sterilization Lead to provide engineering leadership for CIP/SIP systems across the global network. You will design, install, commission, and support cleaning technologies, including CIP skids, SIP, caustic cleaning, glass wash and autoclaves, and drive standardization.
You\'ll join the Drug Substance Process Engineering team as ETA, guiding projects, troubleshooting, and advancing digital tools while traveling up to 30% to deliver
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Engineering experience OR
- Associates degree and 8 years Engineering experience OR
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of Engineering experience OR
- Masters degree and 2 years of Engineering experience OR
- Doctorate degree
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering leadership for planning, design, construction, start-up, and support of CIP/SIP systems across Amgen's global manufacturing and development network.
- Support ANC2 Capital Project design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of cleaning and sterilization scope.
- Troubleshoot, resolve emergent issues, and drive continuous improvement across the network.
