Amgen Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead cleaning and sterilization engineering across the global network, focusing on CIP/SIP, caustic cleaning, and related systems.

This role is part of the ETA on the Drug Substance Process Engineering team and supports ANC2 capital projects with design, start-up, and operations support. You will drive standardization, engineering excellence, and digitalization of cleaning systems while collaborating with Operations and external consultants.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Engineering experience
• Associate’s degree and 8 years Engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Engineering experience
• Master’s degree and 2 years of Engineering experience
• Doctorate degree

Aufgaben

• Lead CIP/SIP engineering for ANC2 DS Facility Project
• Support design of cleaning & sterilization equipment for capital projects
• Provide CIP/SIP expertise to Operations network
• Troubleshoot and remediate emergent events across the network
• Publish and maintain Engineering Standards and Specifications
• Review performance data and recommend improvements
• Support development of project proposals and business cases
• Collaborate with design teams and consultants on project development and equipment selection
• Investigate and deploy new technology
• Advance digitalization tools for cleaning systems
• Develop maintenance standards and techniques

Kenntnisse

CIP/SIP engineering

PE license/registration

Regulated environment experience

Strong communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
