Marathon Petroleum seeks an experienced Trading Analyst to support Global Supply, Trading, and Origination with end-to-end market analytics. You will analyze global balance, vessel flows, and renewables economics, delivering insights embedded in trading workflows.

You will partner with traders, schedulers, and origination teams, applying strong commercial judgment and ownership of analytical deliverables.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
5+ years in Commercial, Risk, Trading Analytics, Marine, Scheduling, or Marketing.
Strong analytical and commercial judgment for trading workflows.

Aufgaben

Maintain global balance models and monitor flows, demand, inventory trends.
Provide proactive analytics to traders based on market dynamics.
Deliver market intelligence to trading, scheduling, and origination teams.
Ensure data accuracy across databases and publish regular market updates.
