Job summary

CFD Research Corporation is seeking an experienced Information System Security Manager to lead and support the authorization, operation, and continuous monitoring of classified information systems at our Beavercreek, OH facility.

The ISSM will ensure systems are developed, authorized, maintained, and operated per NISPOM, RMF, and customer requirements, with experience across multiple agencies and SAP environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CISSP or CISM or equivalent certification.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity or RMF.
• 3+ years as ISSM/ISSO.
• Experience developing authorization packages in eMASS.
• Ability to assess Windows/Linux/server/network environments.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSM for classified information systems.
• Lead development, submission, maintenance, and reauthorization of authorization packages (eMASS/other platforms).
• Manage multiple systems across collateral, SCI, SAP security environments.
• Develop SSPs, security policies, control implementations, diagrams, inventories, risk assessments, and RMF docs.
• Coordinate with DCSA personnel, government cybersecurity reps, and customer security.
