Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst to join the Classified Solutions CIDO team for on-site work at our Dulles, VA location. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance and experience with RMF, assess and authorize, and security testing.

The position includes competitive salary ranges, comprehensive benefits, and a 9/80 work schedule. Travel is up to 10%, with potential overtime and discretionary bonuses depending on program needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant technical experience.
• Candidates must meet the U.S.Government 8140 requirements (8570 equivalent) for a Principal Classified Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM II certification.
• Current U.S.Government Top Secret/SCI level security clearance (within last 6 years) or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system audits and continuous monitoring of security controls and configurations.
• Assess systems and networks within the enclave for deviations from policy.
• Analyze to validate security requirements and propose safeguards.
• Support government policy adoption and process documentation.
• Coordinate Security Test and Evaluation activities and document results.
• Prepare RMF evidence and risk management documentation.
