Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation (Class Action) team in Palo Alto, CA, with preference for candidates in the New York metropolitan area but open to the US. The role sits within the Class Actions group of Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions, and is non-partnership track.

You will draft briefs, review discovery, and shape case strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation.
• Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application.

Responsibilities

• Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Review and draft discovery responses.
• Analyze discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting.
• Prepare deposition outlines.
