Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead - Premises & General Liability to supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff in liability claims for clients. This hybrid Eden Prairie, MN role requires oversight of workloads, training, and direction on examiner reports, with a focus on quality and client service.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree preferred, at least six years claims experience including two years in a supervisory role, and licensing across states.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six years of claims experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Licensing across all 50 states and Home State or Reciprocal licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and offers jurisdictional direction to examiner reports.
• Maintains a diary on claims and ensures timely updates on complex/high exposure claims.
• Compiles reviews and analyzes management reports and takes appropriate action.
• Supports the organization's quality programs and ensures compliance with standards.
