Job summary

Schneider in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Lead Claims Systems Analyst to oversee risk management data and technology, improving RM systems and supporting operations. Hybrid work model; first shift in Green Bay. Must have a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience.

The role leads RM technology projects, collaborates with multiple departments and vendors, ensures data accuracy, and creates solutions that meet business needs while safeguarding data security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Information systems technology project management experience required.
• Transportation or insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of RM systems, data, integrations and technical intricacies as a subject matter expert for business users.
• Lead large RM technology projects, including communicating updates to leadership and influencing outcomes.
• Collaborate with RM leadership, tech leadership and stakeholders to develop solutions within approved constraints.
• Work with teams in the full software development life cycle.
• Develop strategic training plans to meet RM system needs.
• Identify gaps in current systems and recommend technology for optimizations.
• Lead development of prototypes, functional specs, data mappings, test cases and user testing support.
• Lead design reviews, deployment and release plans with technical and RM teams.
• Be responsible for user security controls to ensure RM data security and confidentiality.
• Oversee RM data accuracy used for expenses, indemnity payments, renewals, safety and compliance.
