Qualifications

• 2-5 years claims handling experience, bodily injury or injury-related claims preferred.
• Independent investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage bodily injury claims from assignment to resolution.
• Gather and evaluate medical records, accident reports, statements, and policy documents.
• Assess liability, injury severity, treatment, disability exposure, and claim value.
• Develop and execute claim strategies for timely resolutions and appropriate reserves.
• Negotiate settlements and issue payments per guidelines.
