This position is responsible for managing both lost time and med only claims across multiple jurisdictions up to $250,000 in exposure, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims. The role interfaces with underwriting, risk management, case management, clients, and vendors to help control costs and loss ratios, provide appropriate care for claimants, and offer leadership within the claims department.
