Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in Fenton, MO is seeking a Claims Manager to lead the company’s claims management program. You will investigate incidents, determine reporting needs, and coordinate with carriers, adjusters and legal counsel to drive timely settlements and prevent losses.

You will oversee RMIS usage, medical bill audits, and reporting of claim activities, while partnering with safety leadership to identify trends and improve risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, insurance claims management, safety, or related field.
• ARM certification or equivalent training in the insurance industry.
• 5–7 years of claims processing and claims management experience.
• Knowledge of construction and general industry safety standards (OSHA, MSHA, DOT, NFPA 70E).
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial documents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Integrity and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incidents to determine reporting to carriers or self-handling per company policy.
• Communicate with risk management leadership before remitting claims to carriers.
• Conduct thorough claim investigations, monitor medical reports, coordinate with adjusters and legal counsel to resolve claims.
• Authorize settlements up to $25,000.
• Attend regular meetings to update status of open claims and action plans for closure.
• Oversee RMIS implementation to ensure incidents are captured and financial data is current.
