Responsibilities

• Independently investigate, evaluate, manage, and resolve complex property and casualty claims from inception through closure.
• Develop and execute claim strategies to support timely resolution.
• Analyze reserve trends and advise on exposure and financial impact.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements.
• Monitor regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with standards.
