Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust complex claims on contract surety bonds.
• Directly negotiate with stakeholders to resolve bond and indemnity claims.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and consultants as needed.
• Review and prepare reserve recommendations and loss analyses.
• Draft determinations and closing documents for approved payments.
