The Hartford in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Senior Performance Analytics Consultant to transform complex claims data into actionable insights and to develop reporting and self-service analytics for leadership. You will work with Claims leaders, Transformation and Optimization, Data Science, Product, Actuarial and other partners to drive evidence-based decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field preferred.
Experience in claims or insurance is a plus.

Analyze Claims Solutions results to identify trends, outliers, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with leaders to clarify questions, define KPIs, and translate needs into requirements.
Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics for performance management.
Apply hypothesis-driven analysis and appropriate statistics to evaluate trends.
Connect claims results with broader business and market context for senior leaders.
Present findings clearly to non-technical and executive audiences.
Collaborate with data engineering to improve data accessibility and governance.
Lead work independently across multiple priorities.
