Senior Claims Adjuster, Casualty Lines - Remote!

This role offers a base pay range of $120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr. You will handle complex casualty claims including premises, product liability, and major injuries across various industries. Your expertise in litigation, coverage analysis, and liability management will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigation & Evaluation: Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex general liability claims, focusing on GL, construction, NYLL, habitational, bodily injury, and third-party property damage.
• Litigation Management: Analyze coverage, determine liability, manage litigation strategies, and collaborate with defense counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Strategic Resolution: Drive resolution strategies in partnership with internal teams and policyholders.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in handling complex casualty claims in the commercial general liability space, especially in an E&S environment.
• Strong knowledge of E&S market dynamics, claims best practices, and jurisdictional differences.
• Proven ability to manage high-severity bodily injury and litigated files involving complex coverage issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with negotiation and claims analysis expertise.
• Adjuster licensing in your home state or reciprocity state.

• Salary up to $180,000.
