Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions is hiring a Senior Claim Representative for our Accident and Health team in the US. The role supports complex claims with hybrid work options across multiple offices including Denver, CO; Plymouth, MN; Chicago, IL; and Alpharetta, GA.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-6 years of specialty claims experience, and preferred UIM/UM and PIP/MedPay exposure. Competitive benefits and bonus potential accompany base pay.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2-6 years of progressively complex specialty claims experience.
• UIM and UM experience desired.
• PIP or MedPay experience desired.
• Bodily Injury Claim Resolution experience.

Aufgaben

• Make timely and appropriate contacts and determine investigation needed to assess coverage and liability.
• Determine exposure, establish reserves and adjust as required.
• Direct activities of internal/external resources including independent adjusters.
• Determine settlement value and negotiate within authority; recommend disposition of claims.
• Stay updated on state license requirements and complete required education.
