Job summary

Advanced Exterior Systems is seeking a Senior Salesperson / Estimator in Charlotte, NC. The candidate will build relationships with General Contractors and Architects, using contract documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for cladding, façade and related building envelope systems.

You will develop and present proposals, interpret plans, and guide project teams through the estimating process, while maintaining strong client relationships and upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of construction techniques, sequencing and scheduling.
• Ability to work well under pressure, must have skill in the use of computers and all Microsoft Office products
• Cladding experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with General Contractors and Architects.
• Prepare complete job cost estimates including labor, material, equipment and related items.
• Develop and present proposals based on contract documents.
• Understand and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to project stakeholders.
