Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes integrating planning, engineering, construction, real estate, operations & maintenance, contracting and resource management with programs and project management.
• Supervising a team of professional, administrative, technical and clerical staff and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and customers.
• Time in Grade requirements and substitution rules are described in the federal guidance; education cannot substitute for experience for this role.

Responsibilities

• Integrate planning, engineering, construction, real estate, operations & maintenance, contracting and resource management across programs and projects.
• Lead district programs, manage budgets, and allocate resources to maximize mission effectiveness.
• Provide vision and leadership to ensure the branch is organized, trained, equipped, and supervised to meet objectives.
