Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil/Water Resources Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing projects related to water resources, including water and wastewater systems. This role requires a deep understanding of hydrology, hydraulics, and civil engineering principles to ensure sustainable and efficient water management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support project development.
• Conduct drainage design and grading for various civil projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative water resource solutions.
• Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
