Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed professional engineer.
• 10+ years’ experience in civil/structural engineering for pipeline facilities.
• 5+ years managing engineering contractors.
• 3+ years creating, executing, and managing engineering contracts and scopes of work.
• Experience with material procurement.
• Strong technical writing skills for drafting contracts and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.
• Good communication, organization, ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Willing to travel up to 30% (4-6 weeks on-site if required).

Responsibilities

• Provide civil and structural engineering support on pipeline facility projects.

• Coordinate with project managers and engineering contractors to meet project goals.
