Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive Civil/Structural experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Strong design and analytical skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in planning, execution, and technical direction.
• Collaborate with lead designer to resolve challenges with technical authority.
• Maintain accountability for project scope, schedule, and staffing plans.
• Identify risks and resource needs; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Mentor staff and promote continuous improvement.
• Interface with stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning.
• Perform structural analyses and develop engineering drawings and specs.
