• Proficiency with project software such as HCSS/Heavy Jobs, Procore or Bluebeam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing safety programs and site inspections.
• Lead field crews and coordinate multiple trades on site.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and submittals with project engineers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost control measures.
• Manage equipment, materials, and subcontractor coordination.
• Support bidding opportunities and preconstruction activities.
